Exchanges or Returns
By purchasing an item from this website you are agreeing to the following terms. When making a return, please email us in order to clarify the details of your request. Returned items will be refunded in full, minus shipping costs. Exchanges will be re-shipped to the purchaser free of charge. Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase provided… 1) The item has not been worn (trying the item on is fine). 2) The item has not been washed. 3) The item has not been damaged. 4) All tags are in place and unmolested. 5) All packaging is intact and unmolested. 6) The item must still be in sellable condition. 7) The product in question is not a dealer package.

We request that you contact us via the contact page in order to ensure it is returned to the correct address. Each return is handled differently. We are not responsible for items returned to the wrong address due to failure to inform us that you are making a return.

Age of Buyer:
You must be 18 years or older to purchase items from this site without express permission of a parent and/or guardian. The parents and/or guardians of a minor who purchases items with or without their express permission will be held legally and financially responsible for the purchases of their child and/or ward.

Cancelled Payments:
If you need a credit we will issue one provided it is warranted. Canceling of payment for goods received will be treated as fraud. Civil and or criminal action will be taken for all instances of fraud if we are unable to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We work hard to provide quality merchandise at affordable prices, but we expect to get paid in return.

In order to reduce costs all communications will be made by e-mail.

Shipping
The majority of our products are shipped within 24 hours (excluding the weekend) upon their order. Unless, however, a particular item is either backordered or discontinued. In such situations, a confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser in regards to the details of the matter at hand. For most orders, items will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. For orders outside the U.S., please email us for exact shipping charges and a preferred method of payment.
