Divorce lol, I always wanted to get into fighting but the door opened up once I was on my own and I wanted to do it for my kids.
| Has your fighting style evolved over the years or have you stuck with a specific style throughout? |

Yes... It's evolved, I'm always learning and always improving. So what is your main strength... when it comes to fighting? Heart - my fighting spirit.
| What is your preparation going into fights? |

To be in the best possible mental and physical condition. Do you do anything special before every fight? I usually say a silent prayer dedicating the fight to both my Mom and Dad who are no longer with me.

Yes,, my first pro fight. It was AWESOME! What are some standout moments for you as an fighter? Impressing the judges at K-1 tryouts, meeting and sparring with Jens Pulver and I've fought some of the worlds' top fighters.
| How many hours a day do you train? |

About three hours How much of an emphasis do you place on cardio? It's very important. What is your approach to nutrition? I try to eat healthy so that my body works at peak performance. Do you take any supplements? Yes

It's a little of both. Are you ever nervous? If so... How do you overcome nervousness before a big fight? Nervousness is a normal reaction, I focus on my breathing and I visualize.
